Here's a little look at the process. Originally, I just wanted a couple of palm trees.
But when I got to the end and declared it finished, it felt lacking. I liked it but something was missing.
And so I decided to add a figure...
Seemed close. Right idea but she wasn't 100% working. Colouring was wrong but also the drawing wasn't as tight as it could be.
And so I redrew her and I like this better. Putting her in place lead to the final image at the top of the page. Below is just a look at the detail.
